They are inspired by clouds, blooms, waves, femme curves and whatever is on my mind. They are a swirling calm in a chaotic time.
Each soda fired piece is one-of-a-kind as atmospheric firings are unpredictable and can yield stunning results. Soda firing takes an enormous amount of time, energy, labor and resources and is usually a community effort. I love how the soda swirls around creating gradients on the form.
